Visiting the GP practice can be daunting for a patient, especially when they are unsure of what to expect. A patient information leaflet has been produced to help patients understand what happens during a polypharmacy review, why they need a review and it also highlights to patients that they can also use the review as an opportunity to ask any questions or share any concerns they have about their medicines.
